Food Truck

At Cooking FRESH we cook from scratch, using fresh ingredients and quality produce, meat and fish. We serve only Genji-mai brown rice and all salad dressings are made from scratch – we focus on keeping fats and sodium to a minimum without sacrificing flavor – the results are delicious!

Plate Lunches (includes 2 scoops of Genji-mai whole grain brown rice, signature mixed greens salad with Miso Vinaigrette and fresh cut fruit)
Mini Plates (includes 1 scoop of Genji-mai whole grain brown rice, mixed greens w/dressing)
