Chicken Caesar Salad ~ tossed in our house Caesar dressing made with tofu and topped with crunchy, baked whole wheat croutons

Pea Salad ~ A healthy version of this traditional salad ~green peas, water chestnut, tomato, and crumbled bacon in a creamy, cool dressing

Shrimp ‘n Blue ~ romaine lettuce tossed with a lite gorgonzola cheese dressing then topped with toasted almonds, blue cheese crumbles, radish sprouts and shrimp

Tofu Watercress Salad ~ tofu, bean sprouts, white onion, tomato and a tart dressing are topped with edamame and crunchy fried shallots

Asian-Fusion

STARTER ~ Asian Clams with Crusty Bread ~ Clams/cockles (market availability) are fused with fresh Southeast Asian spices and served with a chunk of bread to sop up all the juices

SALAD ~ Crunchy and refreshing mixed Asian greens, roasted peanuts and waterchestnuts are topped with grated Daikon relish, shredded roast duck and radish sprouts

MAIN EVENT

  • Split Cornish Game Hens marinated in Thai Spices and then baked. The crispy skin and juicy inside can be dipped in a mild Vietnamese table sauce, nuac chong
  • En Papillion of Snapper ~ Individual packages are opened like a present by each guest to reveal a moist filet of snapper in a mild red curry sauce on a bed of assorted jullienned vegetables
  • Braised Baby Bok Choy ~ braised in a ginger soy sauce and topped with toasted sesame seeds
  • Coconut Ginger Rice ~ Jasmine rice delicately infused with coconut and ginger

DESSERT ~ Mango cobbler with coconut ice cream ala mode served in a martini glass for the perfect finish!

SALAD ~ Seafood Salad ~ mixed seafood is tossed in a refreshingly light lemony vinegrette and served on a bed of Manoa lettuce
